Why do I have to film a video first?+
It's an audition. The whole program is talking-head content, and coming up with the idea is the part we're judging — so we don't hand out a script or an example to copy. One video, 20–60 seconds. You get an email within 5 days either way, and if it's a no we tell you why so you can reapply.
Do I need a big following?+
No. We pay on views, not followers, so a small account that makes something people watch earns exactly the same. We don't screen on follower count.
Can I use AI voiceover or faceless editing?+
No. Faceless slideshows, stock-footage edits, AI voiceovers and text-over-gameplay are all outside the program — it's the thing we reject most applications for.
